My Path

As a social worker for almost 20 years, I have had my share of stress and anxiety and was close to burnout on a couple of occasions.

The work is fulfilling and rewarding - but demanding, taking an emotional and mental toll that accumulated slowly over the years.

This only intensified during the pandemic. And so, I sought peace and tranquility, to reconnect with my inner, deeper self.

Connection

I have always enjoyed being by the beach, listening to the waves, dipping my feet in the cool seawater, whilst enjoying the breeze.

Nature spaces are a place of refuge, of solitude and sanctuary, where I can go to clear my head, and reconnect with my soul.

I believe it can be a sanctuary for everyone.

Commitment

With that belief, I committed wholeheartedly to this path.

I completed a Mindfulness Teacher Training course with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and trained to be a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT).

Journey to Serenity

In this brief journey on Earth, let us focus on balance and re-connection with ourselves. Walking in Nature, being still in quiet natural spaces, stretching one’s spirit through meditation and contemplation, all bring us closer to our true selves and to our inner strength.

This is why I created Soul.Nature.Connection.

Soul.Nature.Connection

Blending my training in social work, mindfulness and forest therapy, I aim to guide individuals and groups step-by-step in working through your stress and anxiety, to reconnect with yourself and come to a place of improved health, well-being, confidence and self-awareness.

And in that journey, to allow you to rediscover your inner strength and power.

The logo I created is a reflection of the place where I feel most grounded—a quiet spot beneath a tree, where I sit in stillness, allowing my Soul and Nature to reconnect. In this space, I find a deeper understanding of my true self—the true nature of the Soul.

I've intentionally kept the design simple and hand-drawn, embracing the beauty in our imperfections, much like the philosophy of wabi-sabi.
